Shipping policy


When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and the print request sent to my local printing house, Imageland, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Depending on how busy Imageland are, whether they have the framing in stock, and how much chocolate I bribe them with, a print usually takes 2 weeks, and a framed print usually takes 3 weeks.

You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Where can you ship to?

All over New Zealand and the rest of the world. Depending on world events, such as COVID-19, there may be certain territories I can’t ship to. Please enquire for up-to-date delivery service information.

Your shipping address does need to be a physical address—I can’t ship to Post Office Boxes or Private Bags.

What are the shipping costs?

New Zealand

I offer free shipping for unframed artworks A2 size (42 x 59 cm) and smaller.

Larger unframed artworks and framed artworks with glass require extra care and special packaging. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork and where you are located. Please enquire for an estimate.

Rest of the world

Please note that I only ship unframed artworks overseas (I don’t ship framed artworks with glass). Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork and where you are located. Please enquire for an estimate.

Please note that I have no control over foreign Customs Services or Local Authorities, who may undertake surcharges, or charge duty, tax, quarantine or other fees, at their discretion, and in accordance with local regulations. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What are the shipping times?

Please allow extra time for your delivery and thank you for your patience in these (continuing) crazy times.

How do I check the status of my order?

All artworks are shipped with tracking. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order and it’s past the date the package should’ve been delivered, email shop@oldmountainart.com and I’ll look into it for you.

What about refunds, returns, and exchanges?

As limited edition artworks are printed to order and individually hand-signed and numbered, all sales are final—so please choose carefully! Read the return policy here.

In the event that your package arrives damaged in any way, get the courier to make a note of it before you sign the delivery docket. Please email me as soon as possible at shop@oldmountainart.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and artwork’s condition.
