A hill on top of the world. A ring of mountains garbed with dense native bush and crowned with feather-like clouds. A view all the way to sea—the kind that reminds you just how far up you are. All combine into a spectacular expanse of untamed wilderness.
But up here, what you’re really blown away by (pardon the pun), is the swift-winged wind. It rushes against your face, sings past your ears, whips up your hair, and tugs your clothes. If you’re thinking this has to be one of the Aurae, then you’d be correct. She’s definitely no visitor breeze, wafting past from time to time. She’s right at home here, wildly sweeping over the hills and into the sky. It makes you want to throw your head back, spread your arms, and pretend—if just for a moment—that you join her.

Printing and framing
I print artworks to order. Processing time depends on how busy my local printing house is—it usually takes a couple of weeks for an unframed print, a bit longer for framed.
The large size is framed and arrives ready to hang on the wall. I hand-picked this timeless frame for this collection. Those splashes of red ochre beautifully match the colours of the New Zealand landscape.
The small size comes unframed so you can choose the framing to accent your own décor.
(Please note that I don’t ship framed artworks overseas due to the glass.)
